is that something out of a python sketch? "sir, please remove your rubbers." "i will do no such thing!" "sir, if you do not remove your rubbers i will be forced to take you out back, aaand beat you silly. not to mention break out in song while i do it."
What's really disturbing about the sign is that it is necessary. As though men of that town normally wear such things when walking about.
