"CENTERING FROM THE CENTER" IS UP AND GOING
I have great news!! I have started a podcast (of sorts)!! I don't know if its actually a podcast in the true sense of the word, but it's a downloadable mp3 of my newest medium- "CENTERING FROM THE CENTER". CFTC is going to be a weekly 10 minute guided meditation that one can use for personal prayers. Each week will focus on a certain prayer practice, or will be guided meditation through poetry and liturgy. It's all set to soundtrack music and I think once I get all my tech stuff up and going, it'll be pretty good.
So check out week 1 right here, which is a guided prayer on the practice of silence and solitude.

Thanks my brother. I needed that. I hope you keep it up for God has used it to bless me as I am sure He is and will use ti to bless others.
Can I have your permission to use this with my congregation at some point down the road?
most definitely do you have my permission. i'm glad that it was a blessing.
Thanks again!
Jonathon,
Thanks for this resource! I just went through it while being alone in the library computer lab (as if anyone else would be here at 8 a.m.).
Oddly enough, I usually hate the visualizations in the Windows Media Player, but that is the program that is the default on the PC's here, and it was actually kind of nice to have a visual ambient to go with the audio.
I'm imagining the possibilities for use with the college group right now. Thanks again!
Peace to you,
Josh
keep checking back. you're welcome to use the meditations any way you like.
Jonathon,
Joining the chorus of those thanking you for this resource. Looking forward to further installments.

I set up my church last week to be podcasted through itunes
I set up a blogger account http://nicholshillsumcsermons.blogspot.com/ but itunes requires rss 2.0 (got me but) then i used

to direct it to itunes post cast... just give them some good key words... anyway just random thoughts... because i think your meditation is worth it speading...
