NEW TREEFINGER SONG POSTED

My band, treefinger, has a new song posted on our website. Check out "Chimes of the Hour". It's a downtempo trance/ambient type song.

Sorry that it can't be downloaded but it's going to be on the upcoming Worship Feast: Prayer Stations project by Abingdon Press, due out next July.

cheers,
jonathon

Haha! Strange, indeed!

I have on loan a midi keyboard, but it's a super huge, 88-key, weighs-like-a-tank, made-in-south-africa beast of a keyboard. The stand I have for it isn't designed for it, so it's actually kinda dangerous, and the fact that it's made in South Africa (nothing against the place) means that I have to use a power converter/transformer for it.

All that to say, I don't really use it anymore. I mainly just create beats and melodies in FL Studio 5 ("fruity loops").

I'm starting to do a little collaboration with my friend's band In Reverent Fear, which is fun. Nothing production quality yet, but it's fun. I might post the track we made last weekend if I get around to it.

peace,

eric
